An hour long, deeply restorative group sound session designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance. Get cozy as crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes and other therapeutic instruments wash over you, guiding your body into a rest-and-restore state.
Each experience is unique—some drift into meditative, dreamlike relaxation, some feel gentle emotional release and others notice subtle energetic shifts.
Helps with: stress, anxiety, nervous system regulation, emotional release and energetic clearing, mental clarity, grounding, deep relaxation, sleep support and reconnection to the body and breath.
Intuitively guided— you’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer and gently realigned.
Please wear comfy clothing, bring a yoga mat, and blankets/pillows/eye masks are encouraged!

A deeply restorative massage designed to release chronic tension and realign the body. Using precise, therapeutic techniques, this session targets tight muscles, connective tissue and postural imbalances—helping to reduce pain, improve mobility and restore natural energy flow. Rooted in holistic healing principles, this bodywork leaves you feeling grounded, renewed and fully supported from the inside out. Includes hot towels, hot stones and aromatherapy. Option for cupping and scraping at no additional cost.
Helps with: Chronic muscle tension, knots, postural correction, deep relaxation, improved circulation and overall body alignment.
Duration: 90 mins
A gentle, hour-long evening practice designed to help calm your nervous system and reconnect you with your body. Through grounding, intentional breathwork, mindful movement, restorative stretching, and a relaxing scalp massage during grounding and Savasana, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and leave feeling refreshed and restored.
This class is suitable for all levels, and no prior yoga experience is necessary.
Please bring: a yoga mat and water, and wear comfortable, moveable clothing. Optional items such as a blanket or pillow are encouraged for added comfort during relaxation.
